WHO AM I?
I grew up in Wahoo Nebraska with a passion to create. I am a family man with a beautiful wife and wonderful kids whom I have provided for through my passion for the construction industry. The name "Roundhouse" Construction actually came from the fact that when I started, I loved every part of the construction world: Curbing, landscaping, decks, framing, drywall, concrete, etc. and I struggled to decide on one single area to focus on. So it was determined I just love to create anything "around the house". But after years of construction experience, it became abundantly clear to me that Gods path for me led to the curbing industry and the name Roundhouse still applied. maybe more now than it had before. My goal is to serve customers by providing the highest quality and beautiful landscape curbing out there. I want each client to be very proud of their gardens, lawn features, and homes so that when they come home every day, a sense of pride, joy, and relaxation is felt prior to entering the front door.
Why Curbing??
Why curbing??? Why not plastic or steel edging? Well, let me start off by telling you a fact. Realtor.com agrees that curb appeal is the #1 factor that buyers consider when shopping for a home. Realtor magazine says that professionally installed concrete curbing will add at least 7% to a home's value! Our professionally installed stone carving could exceed that 7%! And the best part is, from start to finish, my team of professionals can install it in 1 day or often a just a few hours! Aside from the data, let's talk practicality! Nearly every garden bed and outdoor feature has a border or an edging of some sort. Why not choose the most durable border on the market, the most beautiful border on the market, and a border that will increase your homes value!? The edge profiles of concrete curbing, as well as the fact that it is a solid continuous border installed in aesthetic waves not only add beauty and character, but it makes mowing your yard easier! Concrete curbing will add value, undeniable beauty, and practicality. Lastly, and most importantly, we at Roundhouse Construction strive to add an intangible element: Pride and joy in your home. A home is something to take pride in. Home is where you relax and unwind after a long day. Home is where lasting family memories are made. I believe the calming, inviting, and prideful emotions of being home, should be felt as soon as you pull into your driveway prior to even opening your front door.

Colors We Offer
Integral Colors
(BASE COLOR)
Integral Colors are colors that will be mixed in with the wet concrete. Choose an integral color to be your final curb color, or we will choose one as a base that will accent any release colors. (see below) color combinations are limitless!
Antique Release Color
Antique release colors are durable cementous colors that are applied to the surface of the curb as soon as it is placed. Antique release colors can act as subtle accents to an integral color, or it can be applied heavily so that your intregal color looks more like the accent. Many curbs can have multiple release colors. The options are truly limitless!
How we recommend you select your curb style and color!
CURB STYLE: If you as the client are not interested in having a stamp, and you would prefer to just keep it simple, that is fine! This style will either have no color, or an integral color. There would not be much of a need for release although we can certainly add subtle accents! If you as the client select any stamp or carve, these will include a base color and at least one other accent release color. With stone carving, we could get up to a base color and several accents to really bring out the realistic qualities of natural stone. We will use our expertise to ensure you are very happy with the end results!
COLORS: Above it shows the selections of "Intregal Colors" and Antique Release" Colors. At Roundhouse Construction, we will use our expertise to help you make selections so that we may best match your home. You as the homeowner will decide on the intregal color. This will be the base color of your curb. Once a base color is selected, we then use our expertise and discuss with the homeowner to decide which antique colors will look best to accent the base color and any features you have on your home.
